Shift Compost provides residential and commercial food scrap collection services. Service includes pickup of approved organic waste materials at your designated location.

You agree to provide accurate information including your name, email, phone number, and address. We use this information to:
- Coordinate pickups
- Send service updates and reminders
- Improve our service
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
If you enroll in a paid service:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan
- Payments may be recurring
- Pricing may change at any time with notice
Missed or failed payments may result in paused or canceled service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to only place approved compostable materials in your bin. No plastics, metals, glass, or hazardous materials.
If contamination occurs, we may refuse pickup or cancel service.
Pickup & Service Conditions
- Bins must be placed out on time in a visible location
- Pickup times are not guaranteed
- Service may be delayed due to weather or other issues
Missed pickups do not guarantee refunds.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time by contacting us. We may cancel service due to non-payment, contamination, or unsafe conditions.
Communication
By signing up, you agree to receive emails and text messages related to your service. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.
Liability
Shift Compost is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged bins, or for delays in service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any updates.
